Repayment due to the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Article 3 of Law 2251/94 in force)

If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for your personal use only, then you are entitled to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery to you, by returning the product to us.

The right of withdrawal applies if:

• the product is in its original condition, with all its components and accompanying forms
• your statement is made before the 14th day after delivery to you.

Shipment Costs: the return is at our expense and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of your relevant aforementioned Declaration of Withdrawal.

Check & Refund:If within this period the product is received by us, and after checking and ascertaining its good condition as described above, we will refund you in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way you had paid it no later than 14 days from the day you send in your Declaration of Withdrawal.

FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRICE in the context of a product return:

After such notification, the COMPANY shall not be responsible for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the client and the Bank, as well as for the time and manner of execution of the counterparty of the said transaction.
– Στην περίπτωση που η εξόφληση του τιμήματος έχει γίνει με μετρητά ή Τραπεζικό έμβασμα ή αντικαταβολή, προκειμένου να σας επιστραφεί το εν λόγω ποσό, θα υποδεικνύετε από πλευράς σας Τραπεζικός λογαριασμός (αποστέλλοντας αποδεικτικό ότι είστε ο δικαιούχος αυτού) στον οποίο θα γίνεται με κατάθεση η επιστροφή του τιμήματος του προϊόντος.
